Gab Cossu is a singer-songwriter from Sardinia, but he’s currently based in Liverpool. He plays alternative indie pop with a DIY ethic. This is evident on his latest single, ‘Rubbish Bag.’

I love Rubbish Bag’ because of its beautiful production. The acoustic guitar and Gabs’ raw voice give the song an honest feel, while the atmospheric synths towards the end add an air of melancholic sadness. I also think that the recorded sounds in the background create a peaceful environment. It is perfect for a quiet blissful evening, allowing the listener to reflect on their thoughts.

It is clear to me that Gab is a natural talent and I am itching to hear more from him soon.
